Practice Net Wins Prestigious Award

CBTC2 tenant Practice Net won first place in the Paperless Office category in this year’s Accounting Web Business Software Satisfaction Awards for its Rapport product.

The Accounting Web Business Software Satisfaction Awards are decided by the votes of end-users – the people who count. This year nearly 6,000 software users took the time to give their opinion on the software they use in their business. So the prestigious awards are eagerly sought after by software suppliers.

Directors, Dale Rogers and Rob Shaw collected the award on behalf of everyone at Practice Net at this year’s ceremony at the Brewery in London. Rogers said "We won this award solely because of the votes of our customers. This makes it very special and reflects highly on our software developers and support team. We continue to invest heavily in developing innovative software products and this enables us to punch above our weight compared to our much larger competitors."

The development of Rapport was partially funded by a grant from Cardiff Council which has an excellent record in supporting SME’s and particularly those in the Hi-Tec sector.
