How To Find Us

FROM THE WEST:

Take Junction 33 off the M4 onto A4232 southbound. Follow this road as far as you can go to the other side of the tunnel and take the first exit at the first roundabout. Take the second exit at the second roundabout which takes you onto Central Link. Take the first exit off this link and at the roundabout take the third exit. At the next roundabout (the Magic roundabout) take the third exit onto Ocean Way. Follow signs for through traffic and at the third roundabout take the first exit onto Rover Way. Continue along this road following signs for through traffic, passing Tesco's on your left by the traffic lights. Shortly after you will reach a major roundabout at which you should take the third exit onto Lamby Way. At the next roundabout go straight over and at the second take the first exit which takes you into Capital Business Park. The Centre is located at the second left turning on the estate.

FROM THE EAST:

At Junction 29 on the M4 take the A48 (M). Continue on this road until you reach the exit sign posted the Docks, A4232, and take the first exit off the roundabout. Remain in the dedicated right hand lane for the Docks A4232, and continue to the next roundabout where you take the first exit onto Lamby Way. At the next roundabout go straight over and at the next roundabout take the first exit which takes you into Capital Business Park. The Centre is located at the second left turning on the estate.
